Please when booking your appointment. Be on time! If you’re running late please contact the stylist to make the proper Time adjustment.

When booking your appointment. It may require a $25.00 Fee.
If you cancel your appointment please give a 48 to 24hr curtesy Notice in advance.
So that the stylist will have time to adjust their schedule.
IF NOT A Fee of $25 will be kept Or added to your future service.

Do Not Sit in the stylist station until it’s time to receive your service. Sit properly in the chairs. Do not put your feet in the chairs.

Don’t touch the equipment, Ask any stylist for help. And we will be happy to to make any adjustments or accommodations.

Do not take and or use products off of the stylist station. Please ask for help and we’ll be more than happy to assist you.

Please Do Not use your phone during your service. It makes the service take longer and is a distraction! If you must take a call let your stylist know in advance so they can adjust their schedule accordingly.

When booking a hair coloring appointment . Please book in advance for a consultation. You may require a patch test 48hrs prior to your service.

Children are allowed. However if you can avoid bringing them if their not receiving a service. That’s great! If you Can’t , All children must sit properly and be well behaved! If you do not have control over your children. We may Ask you to leave and refuse providing you services.
