I had a big chop/style with Kiki (sp?) and she was super friendly and professional! I did have to wait about 30+ mins on arrival but it ended up working out. We reviewed a few different styles before landing on the one for me and I’ve been loving my new hair! Definitely recommend!

I came to this hair salon after my sister, who has natural hair, recommended it. The first time I came I had relaxed hair, and Kiki did an amazing job with the cut and styling. I got a lot of compliments. She then helped me transition to natural hair. I appreciated how she listened but also gave a great consultation and advice for maintaining my hair. On top of that, the prices are very reasonable.

Okay, so first of all... SUPPORT BLACK BUSINESSES.
I don't know why it was SO hard to find a Black-owned natural hair salon that answered the phone! I called around for HOURS trying to find a place that literally just answered the phone so that I could at least book a consultation. I finally came across the Experience Unisex Salon! I needed a very specific hairstyle for a show that I am in (I am an actress - currently on the National Tour of Jesus Christ Superstar, maybe coming to a city near you!) but anyway.... I had very specific needs and Zakeyah answered my call and delivered everything that I needed perfectly! She was so friendly and funny and took the time to understand what it was that I needed and worked with me to feel comfortable with everything she was doing. My color is PERFECT, my friends, family, strangers and production team LOVE it, and I feel confident in making this my new home for any of my hair needs. My natural ladies! If you need any color done, come to this salon and ask for Zakeyah! She is not only a colorist, but she is an ARTIST which is what makes her hairstyling so beautiful. Again, 1,000% recommend and I will be going back.
